We have 2 fully fitted out 20’ workshop mobile containers kitted with general consumables, mechanical, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, rigging and PPE stock in order to mobilise our work teams quickly at docking commencements. These air-conditioned containers are fitted with an office space for administrative duties, Wifi, workshop fitted benches and all necessary equipment for drilling, grinding, welding, electrical, plumbing, rigging and many more work disciplines.
This investment in a fully stocked container on-board, enables our team to be prepared and productive from the beginning of any job and we’re non-reliant on borrowing equipment from the vessels departments.
Our team carries out various works in a can-do approach on dockings with strict adherence to program timeline forecasts completed by our project managers, this ensures that all works are completed successfully well before the competition of docking and within budget.
Prior to the commencement of docking, our project team will carry out comprehensive scoping tasks to ensure all requirements and measurements are considered in the planning phase of the works.
Our team communicates through two-way radios on-board enabling all members to remain productive and responsive with ships staff and project managers from any location on board.
With over 45 years’ experience covering approximately 60 dockings in Singapore, we have a vast local Singaporean network to draw upon suppliers and further technical teams in case of any emergent/growth works. We also have access to local labour in Singapore, this allows us to remain competitive on pricing and expand our work team in times of an emergency or unexpected works. We also offer docking crane co-ordination and logistics of rubbish removal teams.
